Pearl pigment 900# , pigment with pearl feeling and brightness, mostly used for emulate pearl button, craftwork, furniture, motorcycle and electric coating and surface processing.

Crystal diameter 10micrometer, contains crystal 38% and medium 62% each kilogram.

Pearl paste series: Used for pearl pigment paint, which is used for bike, motorbike or electric cycle painting, button dying and craftwork processing. 1. Performance: light white paste, sheet hexangular sheet crystal, exquisite pearlite, high adhesion ability, anti-static ability. It shows pearl red, pearl yellow, pearl blue, pearl green and other colors after mixed with transparent pigment. 2. Component: medium 28-32%, impregnant 20-30%, lead carbonate: 40-45%.  3. Usage: For spraying button, artificial jewelry, pearl, craftwork, sport equip toys, leather. 4. Package: 1kgs/bottle*6bottle/carton or 25kgs/barrel. 5. Physical and chemical character: (1)odor: moderate, (2) PH value: 6-8, (3) boiling point: 148 ,(4)melting point: 650,(5) figure: hexangular crystal, (6) color: white, (7) crystal diameter: 7-14 micron.(8) Method of using: beat up adequately equal before using, then add impregnant (like butyl ester), (9) Dilution ratio:1:4.

Accession value: 1 a copy of pearlite while 4 copies of impregnant except some special purpose.   3. Mix color: the main color is white; it looks colorful pearl after adding transparent pigment.  4. Notice: when spray pigment keep the air pressure between 25-60/psig. The viscosity of the pearlite should be kept between 20-79. The temperature should be kept no high than 180, and static stability of humidity between 70-160. 5. Storage: in shady, cool and ventilated environment, no sunshine, and no wet and high temperature.
